looking for work?
We work with buyers to build clear briefs with realistic requirements, so every new partnership is set up for success.

We put you in front of projects built for what you do best. So when we recommend you, buyers listen.
We keep a live view of the global games market: studios, shipped work, and who did what. You're likely already in it. Meeting us helps us understand what your team does best, so when a project fits, you're a call away.
WHAT PROVIDERS PAY
Year one
Year two-four
Then

We map thousands of studios, their shipped titles, their teams, and what each one actually delivered. It's how a studio that fits a brief surfaces on merit.
We already track most of the global market, so you're probably in it. Telling us yourself means we have your credits right — and can reach you fast when a brief matches.
FAQ
We already track most of the global market, so your studio is probably in it. But introducing yourself means we get your details right and can reach you fast when something matches, which matters quite a bit on time-sensitive briefs.
Production: full-SKU development, co-development, art, animation, porting, prototyping, audio, QA, VFX, localization, and more. From single-discipline packages to multi-year co-dev programs.
Marketing: trailers and key art, community management, user acquisition, influencer and PR, store-page and ASO work.
We work with a broad range of buyers from indie publishers to AAA studios, as well as platform holders and non-endemic companies either working in or entering games.
Primarily fit with the need and buyer, evidenced by work you have actually shipped. Not who we spoke to most recently, and no pay to play. Every studio we work with is on the same term.
No. There is no promotion to buy, no featured tier, no ad slot. If that existed, buyers would stop trusting CDR’s objectivity.
Usually three to six, depending on scope and whether CDR is the exclusive sourcing partner or not. We try and keep the field tight on purpose; a wide field wastes your bid effort and buries the buyer in noise.
Bid windows are set by the buyer’s timeline and we tell you up front. If the window is too short for the scope, say so. We would rather push the buyer than get a rushed proposal.
Usually yes. Occasionally a buyer will ask us to keep them anonymous until later in the process; when that happens we tell you what we can about size, stage, and platform so you can price it properly.
Unless buyers ask us not to, we will let you know the process shook out and what you could have done to improve for next time.
Nothing to be put forward. We are paid only when you win work we sourced.
6.25% blended rate over four years, only collected on payments actually received.
10% of what you bill in year one, 5% in years two through four. Same rate for every studio, every project type.
We do have separate fees for freelancers and will announce those shortly.
A one-time placement pays us for signing a deal rather than for the partnership working. Structuring our fee so the lion's share of our earnings is in the tail means we are incentivized to sign partnerships that last.
This not only means we’re incentivized to make the best possible match, but also work with buyers to ensure the project is set up for success from the jump; the scope, the budget, and timeline are all achievable.
Rev share means you are trading fees now for upside later. Our commission takes the same trade: 10% of your share in the first year after launch, 5% in the three years that follow.
Yes. Standard terms, no negotiated rates, no volume discounts, no exceptions.
Then it is not a referral sourced by CDR and no commission applies. If we introduce a client you have already spoken to about the project we bring, just show us and the referral is void.
Follow on work that comes out of an introduction we made still covered, such as an extension, a sequel or additional scope. Work you win from that client independently is not. If a new opportunity starts somewhere other than our introduction, written records settle it.
No. Only engagements we sourced.
Only after the buyer has paid you. Each month we send a short form, you confirm what came in, and we invoice against it. If nothing came in, confirm that and you owe nothing.
Usually the buyer, directly. We make the introduction or send the proposal, and step out of the ongoing relationship once you are onboarded.
If the buyer is using CDR as their Prime Contractor, we’ll tell you upfront and you’ll subcontract through CDR, but still work directly with the buyer. No whitelabeling, no middlemanning.
Whatever is available from public sources and our own research. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
Provide us with complete project history and up-to-date information about your company. Missed connections usually come from credits we do not have or a capability we did not know you had built.
